The Academic Manager is one of the most important people in our school as this person manages the teachers and ensures the lessons we offer are in line with our mission statement and our clients’ expectations. Tereza Kovarikova has worked with FCLC since 2015 and has filled this position since 2020. Tereza has a post-graduate diploma in TESOL and used to be a freelance teacher trainer. Throughout the year, she writes a lot of our course material to support our weekly themes in addition to recruiting our teaching team. It is testament to Tereza’s abilities that our students rate our lessons so highly and so many of our teachers return to work with us year after year.
