Although every week of our programme is special, Week 6 is extraordinary, as it coincides with the first week of the world-famous Fringe Festival. People come to Edinburgh from around the world in August to watch all types of shows going on 24/7 in over 300 venues. Children lucky enough to attend FCLC 2026 in Week 6 (9-15 August) will get to experience the Fringe Festival first-hand, as we take all our students to see two large afternoon/evening shows, and classes may go to see outdoor shows and soak up the festival vibe one other afternoon as well. Weeks 5-6 tend to be our most international weeks and are also cheaper than Weeks 1-4. If you have not yet booked your child’s visit to Fettes, why not consider sending them for the last two weeks of the 2026 programme? It will be an experience they will never forget.
